Refund Policy

 All Products are final, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept return or exchange since we cannot restock or resell products that have been returned to us.

Even though our products are inspected for damage prior to shipping. We do offer store credit or replacements on products that are damaged during shipping only or if we sent out the wrong product. If you receive products that were damaged during transit or receive a wrong product, please call 571 426 6258 or email support@organnickbeauty.com to report the damage with proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Make sure your shipping adress is correct before completing your order. In case your package is send back to the sender because of an incorrect or insufficient adress, your are responsible to pay the required shipping fee again to get your package ship a second time. If you change your mind In the process and want a refund instead, your request will be granted but keep in mind that there is a 10% restocking fee that will be taken off your refund amount. 

Once your your tracking number shows "Delivered" to the client's shipping adress,  we are no longer responsible for any shipping delay, lost, or transit issues. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package once a tracking number has been established
